Last Updated: March 22, 2026Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FacilityOne Pro website or booking our cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
FacilityOne Pro provides professional cleaning services including apartment cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pressure washing, and office/commercial cleaning throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Services are performed at the property address provided at time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service at any location or at any time, at our sole discretion.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Service appointments are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, or upon verbal/written confirmation by FacilityOne Pro. Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are not binding service agreements until confirmed by both parties.
We make every effort to arrive on time. Arrival windows may be subject to variation due to traffic, weather, or prior service overruns. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours before a scheduled service: No charge.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before a scheduled service: 25% of the quoted service fee may apply.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service or same-day cancellations: Up to 50% of the quoted service fee may apply.
- No-shows (property inaccessible upon arrival): Full service fee may be charged.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time
- Securing or removing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to service
- Securing pets in an area away from the cleaning crew
- Disclosing any known hazards, infestations, or extreme property conditions before service
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of our service, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, conditions beyond our scope, or complaints reported after 24 hours.
6. Damage Policy
Our teams are trained to handle your property with care. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our staff, notify us within 24 hours with photos and documentation. FacilityOne Pro is fully insured and bonded, and we will work promptly to resolve any verified damage claims.
We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly stored or secured, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by fragile items that were not disclosed prior to service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FacilityOne Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the FacilityOne Pro website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by FacilityOne Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
